- LifeStreet is looking for the next Media Analyst to join our Creative Operations team. As a Media Analyst, you will receive hands-on-training at our San Francisco headquarters, and make day-to-day decisions that directly impact our business.
- Implementing data driven A/B creative tests to optimize advertising campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign data in order to identify trends, make optimization decisions, and inform future tests.
- Generating new ideas for advertisements using creativity, data insights, and competitive analysis.
- Working with in-house design and development teams to develop complex creative executions including interactive and video advertisements.
- Prepare written summaries of analytical findings and insightful recommendations for clients.
- Becoming a power user of LifeStreet's proprietary platforms.
- 0-2 years of experience in a data-driven analyst role.
- Exceptional Excel and data skills, and strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, often with little day-to-day direction.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional groups.
- A history of succeeding both individually and in teams.
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic background.
